Nanni Diesel powering famous Sydney ferry fleet
by Mainsheet Media | May 21, 2019
The Rosman ferries are a familiar sight on Sydney Harbour. Since the early 1900s the fleet, in their distinctive red and yellow livery, have carried passengers from Circular Quay and along routes on the Parramatta and Lane Cove rivers. The ferries were originally based in Mosman Bay before moving to Berry's Bay in 1987. In 2008 Sean Langman's Noakes Group purchased the fleet and they are now taken care of by the skilled team at the Noakes shipyard, and have Nanni Diesel engines installed.
